Your experiences are key to shaping the future of the Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health Services in Essex. Young people’s mental health is hugely important and you can help to change local services for the better.
If you are living with trauma and would like to contribute to improving health, care and wellbeing services for people in a similar position, as well as raising awareness of the issues associated with trauma, you may be interested in joining Healthwatch Essex’s Trauma Ambassador Group.
